What should customers know about returning or exchanging a handmade item if it's not quite right?

You will preview custom orders for approval. No returns on custom orders.

All other items must be returned within 14 days, in original package. If it smells of fragrance or look to have been worn your refund will be denied and item shipped back to you. 

How should customers care for their U'NIQLEE CRAFTED items to keep them looking their best?
Do not machine wash neckties. Pretreat and handwash. Air dry.
